Assist with WLGA response to the Covid Inquiry

Notice of intention to Direct Award a short term contract to the former Associate HR Advisor to assist the current HR Lead Officer and Chief Executive with preparing evidence to the Covid Inquiry. The grounds for Direct Award refer to provision under Section 41 and Schedule 5 of the Procurement Act that this particular supplier is in possession of exclusive knowledge and there are no reasonable alternatives, which means only this supplier can provide the service required.
