Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Service - Conwy

Conwy County Borough Council seeks to appoint a suitable Service Provider to provide rehabilitation services for people with a visual impairment within Conwy county borough. The contract will be applicable for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further two years.
