Renewal of External Storage Sheds & Associated Works

The Works will include construction of brick / block storage sheds for tenants use (one per flat), replacement of existing garden gates with self-locking items, new commercial quality rotary drying lines, relaying of paving slabs and jet-washing of paving & walls. The Works will be for Block no’s. 13-18, 19-24, 25-28, 29-32, & 33-36 St Pauls Avenue, Penarth CF64 3PQ.
