Consultancy Services - Risk Review - Pilot

The purpose will be to conduct a pilot study to provide indicative advice on the remediation required, provide a risk rating for selected properties and provide initial budget costing for the remediation. Some of the information will be used by the Defective Buildings Team to guide further surveys and investigations.
