The Libraries Consortium Courier Services Framework Agreement

Lewisham Library and Information Service, as the lead authority, developed a Framework Contract for courier services used by The Libraries Consortium. This contract enables member authorities to efficiently transport books and other items both across the consortium and within their own local boundaries.
