Removal of Outbuilding Works Darwen Library & Theatre

The proposal comprises the removal of a single-storey outbuilding (separate from the main building), and a small brick ‘outrigger’ structure, in addition to the removal and replacement of the existing modern fire escape stair to the south-west elevation of the library.
