Expression of Interest: Roof Replacement and PV Installation for Ellingham Industrial Estate

This is an Expression of Interest and part of a two stage tender procedure. Ashford Borough Council is looking to procure a contractor for the Roof Replacement and PV Installation for Ellingham Industrial Estate. The Works comprise of full removal of the existing roofs (although an overclad system will be considered for the 56 non-asbestos roofs), the design and construction of a new insulated roofing layer over 78 Industrial Units and installation of roof mounted PV array and all ancillary equipment.
