Contract For the provision of Two Full Time Equivalent Substance Use and Wellbeing Workers, One Full Time Equivalent Alcohol Related Brain Damage Worker, and One Full Time Equivalent Hospital Discharge Worker (Substance And Alcohol Use). The positions are social support posts and do not deliver healthcare and PA2023 is applicable. The contract was signed on 24/07/2025.
