CPU 7631 Midlands Net Zero Hub - Community Energy Building Capacity Study

Midlands Net Zero Hub wishes to appoint a qualified consultant to assist six local authorities across the Midlands to conduct a "Community Energy Capacity Building Study". The six areas will be selected from the authorities that have responded to the MNZH run expression of interest. This study will develop tailored community energy strategies and build local capacity to drive tangible net-zero progress through community-led initiatives.
