Understanding and managing waits for assessment and support – defining and measuring timescales

This work builds on previous work undertaken for PCH in 2024/25 examining the experience of a range of councils around measuring timescales. This work will test and develop this in much greater depth. This universal work also runs alongside a parallel piece of targeted work (B6) supporting a small number of sites.
