The NHM intends to create a Framework Agreement for the Design and Build of roof access safety systems over a period of 3 years, with two optional extensions of 1 year + 1 year. The Framework Agreement will include the ability to call off for a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) and a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver construction of the roof access system.
