Building Regulations Principal Designer - specialist consultancy services

Following the approval of the Building Safety Act (2022), there will be a requirement for the Council to appoint a dedicated Building Control Principal Designer to advise on all aspects of building refurbishment and new build related to the Five Acres site redevelopment project.
