Vessel First Fill - Oban

Requirements NLB have a requirement for a supplier to manage the purchase of various items for our new vessel currently being built in Spain. The Vessel First Fill Spreadsheet provides a full list of all required items; one key aspect is the quality of the products that are offered. NLB are looking for a successful supplier to manage the complete process from the purchase of all items to the management of the delivery to NLB Oban.
