Design, build and development of Cyber Data Platform

The requirement is for outcomes-based deliverables to scope, design and build the appropriate data access and extraction and transfer to NHSE via the NHS Cyber API, as structured Measures, Metrics & Indicators, into the NHS Cyber Data Platform.
