Tate Galleries - Staff Onsite Food Solution

Until recently, Tate operated a served hot food canteen at Tate Britain and Tate Modern, serving an average of 100 meals per day at both sites, both of which have now closed. As an interim solution, Tate has invested in 2 smart fridges which enable staff to self-serve ready meals, sandwiches, salads, snacks etc from the machines which are filled 3x weekly.
