Cartrefi Conwy is an independent not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord (RSL). We formed as result of the transfer of around 3,800 homes from Conwy County Borough Council in 2008.Since the transferred homes have been under our ownership and management we have invested heavily in their refurbishment to bring them up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard.
