IA3722 S278 Land at Baldwins Gate Farm (Footway)

The County Council has entered into a S278 Agreement with Bellway Homes Limited relating to the residential development on land at A53 Newcastle Road, Baldwins Gate and new puffin crossing on the A53 Newcastle Road, approximately 55 meters north of the junction of A53 Newcastle Road with Lakeside Close. The scheme includes associated pavement, signing and lining, traffic signals, etc works and installation of new kerbs and tactile paving.
