Award of a contract for the post excavation analysis, reporting and publication of excavation work at Harlech Castle following improvement works at the site during 2013/14. No competitive process was followed as the supplier in question were appointed by the main contractor for the scheme (no longer operating as a business) and hold the records and samples that require reporting on.
