Wolverhampton City Council are conducting a Preliminary Market Test for a Waste Management System. Following the Simpler Recycling announcement in October 2023, the council is undertaking a review of its long-term waste disposal needs, as well as developing a new food waste service for implementation in line with statutory requirements from 1 April 2026.
