Walnut Drive - Proposed Children's Home Alterations

To refurbish Walnut Drive to meet Ofsted standards for children's homes and to meet CYPS own high standards for children in care. This will include works to the outdoor space to ensure the property is secure, as part of a planning condition there is a requirement to complete some external work to provide sufficient parking and also to provide some minor improvement works to the access road.
