Details Notice-CPG/12667/2025 - SSJ Building MS (BMS)- heating and cooling for the British Embassy in Washington

It has been established that the Building Management System (BMS) that has been partially upgraded during the Refurbishment Project at the BEW that commenced in 2019, is not being currently maintained. Due to it being an integral system controlling the HVAC system and associated M&E assets within the BEW compound, it is imperative that a service contract is put in place immediately.
