Lean Training

Cardiff University has recently established a Continuous Improvement Hub to oversee the delivery of improved processes across the organisation. In February 2025 we trained a group of 40 staff in Lean Competency System level 1b&c (yellow belt equivalent) and 12 in level 2 (green belt equivalent). These 12 staff completed both yellow and green belt. We now wish to train further groups of staff to the same level during the 25/26 academic year.
