Occupational Health Services and Employee Assistance Programme

The NMC have appointed an Occupational Health (OH) service and an EAP provider to deliver all aspects of OH support from pre-employment screening, referral and case management, wellbeing at work support and workplace screening, clinical advice and assessment to support management decision making and personal action about health and wellbeing matters affecting its workforce.
