Vape starter kits and E-liquids

To support the delivery of the Council's Smokefree Generation ambitions, and deliver against criteria against the Local stop smoking services and support grant requirements, the Smokefree North Somerset Team are proposing a range of intervention to increase the number of people who smoke setting a quit date through the services. This includes provision of vape starter kits,
