KRFT - Cleaning and Portering (Soft FM Services)

Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust will shortly be using a framework agreement to tender for their cleaning and portering services contract - in order to engage with SMEs to gain their input on the proposed scope and structure of the new contracts, the Trust wish to share their draft specification and post 3 high level questions to gain valuable insight from the SME market.
