The Education Training Collective (ETC) seeks a qualified provider to supply, install, maintain, and operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system across the above-named sites. The primary aim is to monitor and control access to ETC-operated car parks, ensuring authorised use only by staff, students, and legitimate visitors, while enabling enforcement against unauthorised use.
