Preliminary Market Testing for PPP models for certain types of primary and community health infrastructure projects (the Programme)

It is anticipated that the Programme will be designed and implemented by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) in conjunction with the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority (NISTA), although this may be in conjunction with (or led by other) relevant contracting authorities.
