1) Creation of Low Level Design for CADRE platform - Provide low-level design of End to End delivery of platforms, including data providers, Infrastructure and data users 2) Create a full technical implementation plan, delivery of milestones, priorities, timelines, including skills required The Charges for the Deliverables are £14300 + VAT in total Payment on successful completion of the two milestones
