Strip and remove existing flat roof covering and defective deck. Supply and install two-layer mineral felt system to Main flat Roof & Porch Flat Roof. Strip and remove existing pitched tile roof system. Supply and install new tiles, battens and sarking felt. Where possible re-use existing slate tiles.
