Electrical testing and repairs for VOID properties

To carry out full building electrical inspection and provide a report of the findings, with a breakdown of repairs including quotes required including C1, C2, and C3's as well as any further investigations. Carry out any works identified in the initial survey and ensuring all work is completed as per the NYC Specifications. Upon completion of works a full EICR must be produces and building regulation documentation produced if applicable
