The Borough Council of Calderdale is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C. LOCALA will deliver the requirements of the Healthy Child Programme to 5-19 and up to 25 for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities including mandated delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP.)
