Show provider for events held at the Corn Exchange

Waiver - Urgency Reasons - The supplier is a show provider for events held at the Corn Exchange. As per our standard arrangement, tickets are sold through our in-house box office (Spectrix system) on behalf of the supplier. After the event, we transfer ticket sales income to the supplier as a settlement payment. This process ensures a streamlined customer experience and maintains consistent control over ticketing operations. The payment is based on final sales reports following the event.
