Media Content License for VOA

The Newspaper Licencing Authority (NLA) licence allows us to access and circulate media coverage in line with copyright law. NLA has the exclusive right to provide the license so this is setup as a Direct Award under regulation: Single suppliers, S41. Schedule 5, Para 4.
