The service will be fully integrated into the Durham and Tees Valley talking therapies service, supporting service users who require a stepped care psychological intervention ranging from Step 2 to Step 3. The service will provide 2.5 Team Managers, 4.6 High Intensity Therapists, 19 low Intensity Therapists and 1.8 Administrators WTE (Whole time Equivalent) who are qualified staff to deliver the service.
