To develop “What Good Looks Like” guidance incorporating training resources on MHA s117 after-care assessment, planning and review and the interface with other legislation and frameworks, including statutory guidance on discharge from mental health inpatient settings, the Care Act, the Mental Capacity Act and the NHS Continuing Healthcare framework.
