Living Well and Staying Well (Prevention and Self Management) Day Services

This contract provides services for people living with memory impairment within Bath and North East Somerset (B&NES) to enjoy living the life they want to; that they have opportunities to contribute something back, that they ultimately have choice and control over the opportunities they wish to participate in, and that they have access to good quality support that can meet their needs at the right time and in the right place.
