THE SUPPLY OF ENHANCED HOSTEL PROVISION

The service will accept referrals from the Rough Sleeper Initiative Team via Medway Councils referral system (Humme) and meet with clients before they move into the accommodation to discuss expectations. It will assist with all aspects of setting up the client’s tenancy and provide flexible support, which may include working outside of regular office hours to better meet the clients’ needs.
