Consultancy Services provided by a subcontractor

The UEA requires a subcontractor to provide consultancy services, and who can act as Regional Manager for Africa. The subcontractor has a responsibility to run an office in Nigeria, plan and implement recruitment of students, manage application processes and develop relationships with key partners. Absence of competition due to technical reasons.
