Property Flood Resilience

Essex County Council is seeking a provider who have capacity to promote, administer and project manage the PFR grant scheme, including surveying properties, designing, and installing PFR measures to the residents of Essex for the contract period. The contract will ensure that any PFR measures available to applicants will include those awarded the latest British Standards Institution Kitemark.
