Co-production facilitation service to co-ordinate and deliver a co-produced day opportunities future commissioning model for Adult Social Care

Cambridgeshire County Council requires the provision of a service that can co-ordinate and deliver a co-produced future Adult Social Care day opportunities commissioning model; within a 4-5 month timescale. The service will implement the Working Together for Change methodology.
