Secondment fees for Provision of Lived Experience

This notice concerns the extension of a funding agreement with Cardiff People First (CPF), appointed for their strong track record in employing people with learning disabilities (LD). CPF can legally apply positive action in recruitment to prioritise candidates with LD and lived experience, a protected characteristic under the Equality Act.
