CPU 6959 - Right to Buy Valuations

The Council has a statutory obligation to consider applications to purchase Council housing made under the Right to Buy (RTB) Scheme. The Council anticipates 380 applications per year to purchase housing under the Right to Buy Scheme, approximately 10% flats and 90% houses.
