Over-labelled Medicines Framework

NHS LPP is considering setting up a framework agreement or Dynamic Market for over-labelled medicines used in clinical and out-of-hours settings. Over-labelled medicines are typically used in settings like hospitals, prisons, community health services or prisons where pre-labelled packs improve efficiency and patient safety. Progression and the final structure and scope of the agreement are subject to change following a market needs assessment.
