Contract for Annual servicing / maintenance and monitoring of Combined Heat & Power (CHP) unit at Chester-Le-Street Leisure Centre

Please note this is Direct Award permitted under PA23 due to technical reasons as only this particular supplier can supply the goods/services as the CHP unit was manufactured and supplied by Centrica. They have sole access to the remote monitoring of the unit and are required to repair the unit with their parts.
