Agency (Temporary) Workers Contract

Contract to provide the Council with temporary staff / contingent labour as and when the Council requests it during the contract life. There will be no minimum spend or numbers, and no guarantee of income - the value will depend on the usage and needs of the Council. The Council is actively reducing the number of contingent labour, its reliance on these arrangements in order to drive down historic high costs.
