The solution will include all aspects of delivery of the Service, including but not limited to, delivery and proactively working with the Contracting Authority, to continuously develop and improve the Service. The Contracting Authority expects the Provider to deliver against the following indicative objectives and to work with the Contracting Authority as these requirements change over time as a strategic supplier to the Contracting Authority.
