Implement an asset management strategy to ensure that procured plant and equipment is maintained in a safe and secure state. This will include obsolescence management, storage and care and maintenance of plant and equipment over an extended period and provision of a facility and services to pre-assemble and test equipment prior to shipping to site for installation.
