Affordable Homes Project

Maidstone Borough Council will be procuring various works contracts to deliver affordable housing schemes at sites throughout the borough. The exact number of sites, number of housing units for each site, and all other details will be released when known. This will be a multi site scheme, and procurement will be undertaken on a site-by -site basis.
