Heat Decarbonisation

The Trust will be applying for funding from Salix to take forward a number of decarbonisation schemes on eight sites within the Trust’s portfolio. The schemes will not be fully funded therefore the Trust will be utilising capital to support this project - The Board have approved the match funding. The outcome of the funding should be in May 2025. Should funding be secured the Trust will need to procure a contractor to undertake the works. Specification to be written.
