Statutory Advocacy Service

The Service will deliver Advocacy Services across the borough of Calderdale to eligible 16-18 year olds; meeting the Council's statutory duty for the provision of advocates including Care Act Advocates, Independent Mental Capacity Advocates, Independent Mental Health Advocates and paid Relevant Person's Representatives to any eligible people in accordance with relevant regulations, guidance and code of practice.
